Although, there is optic, and light or laser bearing holsters available, they are not as common as your traditional holsters.  

Concealed carry weapons will typically be compact or even ultra-compact for ultimate concealment.  Smaller more compact handguns compatible with accessories are typically more difficult to find.  

Due to their compact size, these handguns will often not be compactible with optics, lights, or lasers.  

Therefore, the demand for these type of holsters will not be as high as traditional holsters.  But, they are out there.

Increase in Holster Size and Weight

Optic, light or laser bearing holsters will be more bulky. When it comes to concealing your weapon, size matters.  

Adding addition accessories to your handgun will increase holster size.

Therefore, your holster and the weapon may be more difficult to conceal.  

Printing, will typically be more noticeable, but it can be reduced with a simple Claw Kit or a Wedge.  Also, increasing your weapon and holster size will typically increase the amount of digging into your body.

Removing Part of the Holster

Adding accessories to your weapon will typically require parts of your holster to be removed.  

For instance, concealed carry optic compatible holsters will need room at top for the optic.  

This can mean that parts such as the sweat guard are removed so that your gun with an optic can fit in the holsters.

Removing the sweat guard from your holster will typically reduce your comfort levels and will expose parts of your gun to moisture.

Final Thoughts

Even though, adding accessories to your weapon may increase your holster size and reduce comfort, it can also increase your effectiveness using your weapon when it matters the most.  

A great optic can improve your aim and a light can help you see in the dark.  

Conceal carry holsters that are compatible with accessories are not as common, but with todays modern technology and materials they're becoming a fairly common option for your holsters that is lightweight and comfortable.

More and more manufactures are including accessories such as an optic, as an option for their holsters.
